By accessing or using Closer, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Closer provides AI-generated communication support, reflection prompts, and conversation guidance. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use any suggestion. You must use the service only for lawful, personal, and respectful purposes.

You are responsible for your account, device access, and activity under your account. Keep your sign-in information secure and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You are responsible for the messages, prompts, relationship context, feedback, and other content you submit to Closer. Do not submit content that you do not have the right to share or that violates privacy, rights, or safety.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for your situation. Closer may suggest wording or reflection prompts, but it cannot understand every detail of your relationship, safety, culture, or context. Review all output carefully before using it.

Closer is intended to support reflection and communication. It does not fix relationships, guarantee outcomes, determine who is right, or replace direct judgment, consent, boundaries, or professional help.

Closer is not therapy, counseling, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, crisis intervention, or emergency support. If you are in danger, experiencing an emergency, or need urgent support, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

You may not use Closer to harass, threaten, manipulate, stalk, abuse, impersonate, deceive, exploit, or violate the rights or safety of others. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or misuse the service or use it for unlawful purposes.

If Closer offers paid features, subscriptions, or purchases in the iOS app, payment will be processed through Apple in-app purchase. Apple may handle billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment method management under Apple terms and policies. Subscription availability, pricing, and renewal terms will be shown before purchase.

You may stop using Closer at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk, or used the service in a harmful or unlawful way.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Closer and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for relationship, emotional, financial, or other outcomes arising from use of or reliance on the service.
